Why a happiness course?

Everything you choose, you choose to be happier.

Happiness is the last "why" of your choices, from an ice cream flavor to your life partner. Yet, chasing happiness without guidance can lead to misery. Happyone will show you what works, and you choose what works for you. Years from now, you may wish you started today.

Happiness is not luck

It is a skill you can build.

1. Learn

Every two weeks for one year, you will learn a science-based technique to promote happiness. You will receive an email with a link to a simple yet powerful lesson.

2. Experiment

You will experiment with each technique for at least two weeks for about five minutes a day. If it does not work for you, move on to the next one.

3. Routinize

However, if the technique works for you, you will have found the right fit. You will be guided to turn it into a lasting habit and enjoy its benefits.

A lemon? A yolk? Rupert!

Rupert is a relatable and shamelessly honest character who illustrates the lessons by exaggerating them.
