Every two weeks for one year, you will learn a science-based technique to promote happiness. You will receive an email with a link to a simple yet powerful lesson.

2. Experiment

You will experiment with each technique for at least two weeks for about five minutes a day. If it does not work for you, move on to the next one.

3. Routinize

However, if the technique works for you, you will have found the right fit. You will be guided to turn it into a lasting habit and enjoy its benefits.
